Learning to recognize behaviors related to trust issues and triggers that lead to problems in relationships is key to building the relationships that you want.

When dealing with major life stress or changes in mood (e.g. feeling down), it is common to become less engaged in the life around us. Perhaps they are small changes that add up over time or big changes that make it difficult to get through each day. Understanding these changes and finding ways to get back to the life you want to live is something we can work towards together.

Do you struggle to communicate your emotions effectively? Maybe you notice that conflict in relationships often leads to major arguments or intense emotional reactions. For many of us, we didn’t learn helpful communication strategies while growing up and struggle in our current relationships. For some people, experiencing a recent trauma or confronting a past trauma can lead to these changes. I am here to help you learn specific tools to manage your thoughts and feelings in a new way and will allow you to focus on what’s important to you.
